This means that although I am the one doing all the formatting, editing, and phrasing of your resume, you’ll be an active participant in the process. We will go through multiple rounds (as many as we need to!) to get your resume both ATS-friendly, and to have numbers and metrics that speak to your impact.

Timelines vary, but clients typically gain clarity within 2–4 weeks and start applying confidently to aligned roles within 1–2 months. Full transitions can take 3–6 months, depending on the industry and role.
